We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
If the product is missing jackets or damaged, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Legal
- All custom printing orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.
- In the event an account becomes delinquent, the responsible party may be held personally liable for payment. This includes any associated legal costs, such as attorney fees, interest charges, and collection agency fees incurred during the recovery of outstanding balances.
- Interest on unpaid balances accrues at a rate of 1.5% per month (equivalent to 18% annually).
- Any disputes related to custom printing services, including but not limited to non-payment, will be handled in Multnomah County, Oregon, as that is the location where the services are performed.
- Submission of artwork through the Custom Printing page indicates that the individual submitting the file has the authority to act on behalf of the entity or party requesting service.
