Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned products must be new: unused and in their original packaging. We do not offer exchanges. To get a different product, return the original and place a new order.
If the product is missing jackets or damaged, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Information
In-stock orders placed before 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Delivery times vary with the shipping method and the destination. They are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by Java Jacket.
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis: call the office at 1-800-208-4128 for a quote.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination, and are shown at checkout before payment.

Legal
- All custom printing orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.
- In the event an account becomes delinquent, the responsible party may be held personally liable for payment. This includes any associated legal costs, such as attorney fees, interest charges, and collection agency fees incurred during the recovery of outstanding balances.
- Interest on unpaid balances accrues at a rate of 1.5% per month (equivalent to 18% annually).
- Any disputes related to custom printing services, including but not limited to non-payment, will be handled in Multnomah County, Oregon, as that is the location where the services are performed.
- Submission of artwork through the Custom Printing page indicates that the individual submitting the file has the authority to act on behalf of the entity or party requesting service.
