Every Java Jacket sleeve uses the same patented waffle-texture insulation, the same water-based Pantone inks, and the same non-toxic biodegradable adhesives. The only thing that changes is the substrate you print on.

Natural Kraft
Unbleached, earthy brown stock with the most rustic look. The natural choice for cafes wanting a warm, organic feel.
White Kraft Back
Bleached white front for crisp, vibrant printing with a natural kraft inner. Best of both worlds: print quality and recycled fiber.
Solid White
Bright white throughout for maximum color accuracy and the cleanest brand presentation.
Glossy Clay Newsback
Smooth, glossy clay-coated front with a recycled newsback. Premium finish for high-impact printed designs.

Waffle-Texture Insulation
Our patented waffle pattern (US Patent, 1995) traps thousands of tiny air pockets between hand and cup. The same insulation technology runs through every substrate.
Water-based Pantone Inks
FDA food-safe, water-based inks with full Pantone matching for accurate brand color reproduction. No solvents, no heavy metals.
Non-toxic Biodegradable Adhesives
Every seam is bonded with non-toxic, biodegradable glue. Safe for direct food contact and safe to compost or recycle with the rest of the sleeve.
