Where can I buy Java Jackets®?

You can order directly online using our secure ordering system at our shop or through our partnered nationwide distributors. Please call us at 1-800-208-4128 or email us at operations@javajacket.com

What are the minimum order quantities?

One case for stock sleeves. For custom printing, minimums start at 40 cases for Original & 60 cases for Eco II.

Is there any price difference between sizes?

No. The price is based on the paper stock and number of inks rather than size.

What's the difference between Original Large and Eco II Java Jacket®?

Our Eco II is a slimmer, more economically and ecologically friendly Java Jacket®. It uses the same paper as our original Java Jacket®, but is a little shorter and comes in 1000/case quantities - where Original comes in 1300/case quantities.

Is custom printing available?

Yes. We offer multiple sizes, paper stocks, and up to six-color printing. Minimum orders vary by job type. For an estimate, please see our online estimate calculator or contact our team directly.

Why does my art proof look different than my submitted artwork?

We sometimes need to adjust artwork to optimize it for our printing press. These adjustments ensure the final product looks as close as possible to your original design while maintaining print quality. You will go through a approval review process before your order is placed.

Do you offer custom art design?

While we can't create logos from scratch, we're happy to add elements like drink check boxes, social media icons, coupons, and contact information to your custom Java Jacket®.

What makes Java Jacket® special?

Our patented embossed design creates air pockets between the sleeve and cup, providing superior insulation and an easier gripping surface. All Java Jacket® sleeves are 100% recyclable, made with recycled paper, and are compostable.

What materials do you use?

We use water-based, non-toxic adhesives that are biodegradable, along with water-based, non-toxic inks. Our sleeves can be composted (shredded into small pieces) or recycled.

Design Tips

For optimal results:

When using black in Adobe Illustrator™, assign it as 0%C 0%M 0%Y 100%K rather than Rich CMYK Black
On Natural Kraft paper, light colors (especially yellows, light greens, and light browns) may blend in. Reds, blues, and darker colors provide better contrast
For color-critical projects, ask about our color matching and swatch services

Custom Templates

Design Specifications

For optimal print quality, please submit artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) with text converted to outlines. Minimum resolution for raster images is 300 DPI.

Template Downloads

Download our design templates to ensure your artwork meets our specifications. Templates are available for all standard Java Jacket® sizes.

Color Guidelines

For accurate color reproduction, please provide Pantone (PMS) color codes from the Formula Guide Book (coated and uncoated codes work). Note that slight variations may occur due to the natural color of recycled materials.
