STOCK SLEEVE ORDERS

In-stock Java Jacket sleeves typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless an expedited method is requested. Delivery times vary by destination but generally arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic shipments.

CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS

Custom printed Java Jacket sleeves have a production lead time of 6-8 weeks from the date we receive your signed proof approval. Transit time from our Portland, Oregon facility is additional. If you need expedited production, contact us at 1-800-208-4128 to discuss available options.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Rates are displayed at checkout before payment. Volume orders may qualify for discounted or free freight - contact our sales team for a custom quote on large orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard ground delivery is available for all domestic orders. Expedited shipping (2-day and overnight) is available at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please call our office at 1-800-208-4128 for international shipping quotes and availability. Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS or FedEx) to monitor delivery status. If you have not received a tracking number within the expected timeframe, contact us at operations@javajacket.com.

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Call 1-800-208-4128 or email operations@javajacket.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
