Eco II Java Jackets® are a slimmer, more economical take on the classic sleeve. The lighter-weight kraft profile uses less material per sleeve while still delivering the heat protection and secure grip Java Jacket is known for, making it the cost- and sustainability-conscious pick for high-throughput programs.

Like the Original, Eco II sleeves use FDA food-safe, water-based inks and a non-toxic, biodegradable adhesive, with 1,000 sleeves per case. Select Eco II products are BPI-certified compostable, so they can support campus and corporate zero-waste pledges. Choose blank stock or add full-color custom printing.

What is the minimum order for custom-printed Eco II Java Jackets?

Custom-printed Eco II Java Jackets start at 60 cases (60,000 sleeves). The stock minimum is one case (1,000 sleeves). Call 1-800-208-4128 for volume pricing.

Are Eco II Java Jackets compostable?

Yes. Every Eco II sleeve is 100% compostable in a commercial composting facility. Select Eco II sleeves are FSC-certified and BPI-certified compostable. Contact us for certified product names.

Can I get these custom printed with my logo?

Yes. We use flexographic spot printing with up to six colors: CMYK counts as four colors printed as process screens, plus up to two spot colors, with Pantone matching. Ink setup fees apply and are quote-dependent. The first three proofs are free. Stock sleeves are also available if you don't need custom printing.

How fast can I get my order?

Stock products ordered before 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Custom production takes 4-6 weeks after confirmation and a signed proof, plus transit. Carrier timing varies and is not guaranteed by Java Jacket. Call 1-800-208-4128 to discuss timing for your order.
