Is there any price difference between large and small Java Jacket ®?
No. The price is based on the paper stock and number of inks.

What’s the difference between Original Large and Eco II Java Jacket ®?
Our Eco II is a slimmer, more economically and ecologically friendly Java Jacket ®. It uses the same paper as our original Java Jacket ®, but is a little shorter and comes in 1000/case quantities. Please see below for a visual comparison.

Is custom printing available?
Yes. We offer multiple sizes, multiple paper stocks, and up to six color printing. Where can I get a Java Jacket ® template for my custom art?
Our templates can be requested on our Templates & Forms page. Just fill out some quick questions and we’ll send the template that works best for you.

Why does my art proof look different than the art I had submitted?
This could be for a number of reasons, but typically this is to accommodate your art to our printing press. We are obligated to getting you the best looking sleeve possible, and sometimes to do so, we may need to tweak your art slightly in order for the final product to look as accurate as possible to your original art.

Do you offer custom art design?
Unfortunately we can’t make a logo for you, but we’re more than happy to add any verbiage (drink check boxes, social media logos, coupons, contact information, etc.) you’d like to see on your custom Java Jacket ®.

Any tips on creating a cool, custom printed Java Jacket ®?

Do you offer inside hot glue dabs on custom prints?
Yes. Inside hot glue dabs help keep your Java Jacket on a cup. Some cups may need them to effectively use your Java Jacket ®. Hot glue dabs are not available on all templates, and may increase case price and production time.

Why are Java Jacket ® considered so special?
The patented embossed nubbins allow for air to pass in between the sleeve and cup. This design gives extra protection by providing better insulation and easier handling.

What about the environment?
Natural Kraft Java Jacket ® are made with recycled, post-consumer paper. The sleeves themselves are also reusable, compostable and recyclable.

What are Natural Kraft Java Jacket ® made of?
Flexo printed Java Jacket ® are made with recycled, post-consumer chipboard.
All Java Jacket ® are 100% recyclable, 100% compostable.

What are White Java Jacket ® made of?
Flexo printed white Java Jacket ® are made from uncoated virgin white SBS* paperboard. It has no recycle content.
Specialty spot printed white Java Jacket ® are made from claycoat gloss newsback paperboard which is comprised of 100% recycled paper.
*SBS= Solid Bleached Sulfates.
All Java Jacket ® are 100% recyclable, 100% compostable.

What kinds of Glue and Inks does Java Jacket ® use?
Glue: The glue used on Java Jacket ® is a water based, non regulated, synthetic resin adhesive which is non-toxic and biodegradable.
Ink: The ink used Java Jacket ® is water based and non-toxic.
All Java Jacket ® are 100% recyclable, 100% compostable.

Can Java Jacket ® be composted?
Yes, you can shred paperboard into small pieces. Wetting it makes it easier to tear, or make a wet slurry and turn it (mix) into the compost. If you have a large amount, consider recycling instead.
